"All I can say is wow...I got the back light kit for my 9303 and I must say I am very happy with it now (both the kit and my radio). I can finally see the screen!!! The install was a very simple process, but like as the instructions say you need patience. I would have to say the hardest part was getting the screen back in place properly so it works as it did.
