"All I can say is wow...I got the back light kit for my 9303 and I must say I am very happy with it now (both the kit and my radio). I can finally see the screen!!! The install was a very simple process, but like as the instructions say you need patience. I would have to say the hardest part was getting the screen back in place properly so it works as it did. "FANTASTIC!!!. I fitted the blue version backlight to my JR DSX9. Like you say, you do need patience, but the end result is more than worth it. I am really thrilled with results.It was very difficult to align the rubber strips as I thought they were just rubber spacers not electrical contacts. My friend, electrical technician, Paul had to sort it out for me. However it is now perfect and looks fantastic.
