This is a 36x74mm 9XL 1900Kv motor, it comes with 4mm bullet connectors soldered to the motor + three 4mm female bullet connectors and heat shrink tubes for connecting to your ESC.  Great for 1/10th truck/buggy or 1/8th scale electric conversion when geared properly.  The motor seems to have similar quality to Feigao motors. The shaft may need to be grinded flat depending on your application (see stock shaft above), or I can do it for you for an additional cost.  As a general rule of thumb, keep your brushless motor running below 170F.
